• We ensure all the stories do not have unnecessary words or symbols (we only ever use periods).
• We avoid any words above the level for that step.
• All words are only one syllable.
• Levels 0 through 2 use only short-vowel words.

Then we create adorable stories with a real plot and add vibrant and colorful illustrations.
